The Jupiter-Uranus Conjunction
On April 20, Jupiter will conjunct Uranus in Taurus for the first time since May 1941. If you google major world events during that time, you’ll notice that an overwhelming majority of them are related to WW II.
Looking at the current circumstances, it’s easy to see how the Ukraine and/or Mid-East war could lead to WW III, but rather than belabor that point, a google search will also reveal there were several scientific breakthroughs the last time Jupiter and Uranus teamed up in Taurus.
In my Astrology of 2024 event this past January, I talked at length about the potential influence this conjunction could have on the nation and the world, as well as those individuals born with the Sun at 21-23° Taurus, Leo, Scorpio or Aquarius. If you attended that event, you might want to go back and re-listen to it.
✨✨✨✨✨
Overall, the energy of the conjunction’s horoscope chart is good thanks to some positive aspects.
The sextile from Mars (action) to the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction opens the door to opportunities for unexpected good fortune and sudden breakthroughs, while at the same time the sextile from the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction to Neptune adds a visionary influence and increases the potential for manifesting out-of-the blue events.
Another positive influence is the approaching (forming) sextile from the Moon to Pluto. Although the aspect is currently out-of-sign (which weakens its energy), it’s still within orb and exerting at least some measure of a transformational influence.
All that said, whenever Uranus is involved, anything can happen.
✨✨✨✨✨
On the collective level, since the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction occurs in Taurus (money), there could be sudden or unexpected news connected to money, cryptocurrency, financial institutions, and/or the Federal Reserve.
Since Taurus rules physical goods, it could also coincide with some type of breakthrough in connection with consumer products (especially those fueled by Uranus-ruled electric or wind).
Alternatively an interruption in their production or delivery.
Since Taurus also rules the earth, so it could coincide with natural disasters or the announcement of new climate-related geoengineering programs (Uranus rules technology).
Lastly, this conjunction can coincide with huge (Jupiter) explosions (Uranus), and since Uranus rules planes, helicopters and all types of aircraft, it can coincide with an airstrike.
Looking again at current events, this conjunction will make a square to Israel’s Sun (nation’s leader) in its 8th house (death, public mortality), which suggests there could be an airstrike against the nation. Since the Sun rules its 11th house, which represents friends of the nation, the hard aspect could trigger active support (military) on its behalf and/or some type of conflict with them.
The conjunction will also make a square to the Ukraine’s 1st house (the nation itself) Moon (the public), which rules its Transits to the 1st house in a nation’s chart often coincide with major events. The the Moon rules its 7th house (adversaries), and while this suggests an escalation in the war that would strongly impact the civilian population, it can also suggest some type of public rebellion.
On a personal level, you could experience some type of lucky break or unexpected prosperity.
However, whether it takes the form of an unforeseen windfall or wonderful opportunity or alternatively, an unexpected disruption, will depend upon your personal horoscope and what type (if any) of aspects it makes to your chart.
